  • Keep inventory of mall owned equipment
  • Coach & Counsel employees as necessary to ensure that all company policies are met by the housekeeping staff
  • Distribute and assign daily work to all housekeeping attendants
  • Monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in all areas of the mall including Food Hall and outside areas
  • Expected to work in other areas of the mall when needed to assist operations to perform job duties

Qualifications

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • OSHA Certification preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic use of Microsoft Word Products

Preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to be hands on if needed
  • Great communication skills

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be required to oversee all housekeeping duties within

Aventura Mall facilities, including all three work shifts. Incumbent supervises and inspects work

of the mall cleaning staff who perform building service and related work for the upkeep of a

safe and clean environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
