Full Job Description

At Friedman’s, we believe the Store Manager sets the tone for the store and is responsible for bringing Friedman’s brand to life for our customers and Team Members. The Store Manager’s leadership, presence and engagement is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive growth through all aspects of the store, including sales, merchandising, and talent development.

In collaboration with the Store Leadership team, the Store Manager’s goal is to:

Location/Hours: This is an exempt position located at the Friedman’s Home Improvement retail store in Sonoma County. The Store Manager will work a retail schedule to command their store location during the highest traffic hours of the day and days of the week. Presence through varied shifts is necessary to ensure complete understanding of store operations from open to close.
