Responsibilities

  • Answer a minimum quota of customer calls daily, speaking to customer concerns, address changes, invoicing questions, late charge or payment history questions, and various other inquiries.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of accounts receivable, payment application, and account reconciliation.
  • Process adjustment requests according to customer requirements.
  • Utilize authorized company software to process payments accurately.
  • Navigate multiple software applications including Service Cloud, Microsoft Office, Outlook, CyberSource, and others.

  • Must be proficient in Salesforce
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years Customer Service, Call Center experienced in a financial organization preferred
  • High volume phone experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn various proprietary software program
  • Min 1 year experience with Salesforce

Our client, the world’s largest independent equipment leasing company, is hiring a customer service specialist to temporarily join their team with potential to extend permanently.


Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 Month- potential for temp to perm

Pay: $22-$23/hr

Location: Fellowship Road Mt Laurel NJ 08054 United States


Key Responsibilities:
