Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to build the frameworks, tools, and resources to optimize the growth marketing team’s initiatives. This role involves creating measurement frameworks, KPIs, and targets for B2B marketing initiatives, utilizing data visualization tools, and partnering across teams to build a customer data platform solution. Responsibilities

  • Build, scale and operate the measurement framework and tools, key performance indicators, and targets for B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Work with different teams and data sources to create an actionable and accurate “single source of truth” by utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Looker.
  • Partner across teams to build a customer data platform solution that captures data from all customer interactions, unifies it with internal systems, and enables the data for insights and activation.
  • Create reports and dashboards that power marketing attribution and prove marketing’s direct impact on the business.
  • Be a strategic partner to marketing leads and cross-functional stakeholders in Partner Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations.
  • Contribute to the team and Walmart Connect’s culture, mission, and goals by building relationships and trust, operating with excellence, staying curious, and embracing a growth mindset.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
  • Experience measuring success across marketing channels - including but not limited to: paid media, email, virtual & in-person events and webinars, social, and sales enablement.
  • Experience creating solutions that measure full funnel outcomes, and optimizing audience segments based on target criteria
  • Expert level knowledge in Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and modeling skills
  • Hands-on experience with other tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics tools for Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills that enable cross-functional collaboration with many stakeholders for multiple projects at once, and to execute them efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and engaging in challenging discussions

Preferred

  • 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics with a proven record of helping drive revenue at scale.
  • Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification or similar certifications
  • Experience with Statistical Modeling
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Excel VBA
