Job Description
Right at Home West LA assists seniors (in their homes) by providing them with personal care assistance and companionship. Right at Home West Los Angeles is located on 14th St in Santa Monica, but we have clients up and down the west side. URGENT NEED for a strong (Part-time) caregiver who is able to assist a six (6) foot tall, 190 lbs male client in Westchester. Start date is ASAP.
Minimum Requirements include:
- Experience with Parkinsons disease.
- Able to work Wednesday 9am-5pm or 8:30-5:30pm.
- Ability to follow detailed care plan and strict routine.
- Great communication skills and reliability. This means we can always count on you to attend your shifts on time!
- Have a valid Home Care Aide license, a recent TB test, and CPR certification.
- Ability to drive the client to appointments or run errands.
- Competitive pay. Up to $19/hr to start.
- Mileage reimbursement ($0.80 per mile when driving the client to appointments/errands)*
