The Production Assistant at Kerfkore is responsible for working in various positions throughout the day, including machine operation, material handling, and maintenance.   • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to stand for long hours and lift at or above the waist at a maximum of seventy pounds
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A great sense of humor
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time

Salary:

  • Able to perform all necessary functions to ensure production keeps moving.
  • Responsible for learning all processes to perform in the Floater position.
  • Responsible for maintaining and cleaning the work area.

Work Environment: Employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock, and vibration. Noise Level: Medium Loud


Position Type/Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED


Salary/Benefits: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Based on experience.
