- Ability to stand for long hours and lift at or above the waist at a maximum of seventy pounds
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
- Mechanical aptitude
- A great sense of humor
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time

- Able to perform all necessary functions to ensure production keeps moving.
- Responsible for learning all processes to perform in the Floater position.
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning the work area.
- Responsible for cleaning materials to be processed as finished goods.

- Work independently with minimal supervision and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
- Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of seventy pounds
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position.

Work Environment: Employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock, and vibration. Noise Level: Medium Loud
Position Type/Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Salary/Benefits: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Based on experience.
