  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to track performance as well as identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor market trends and provide guidance to management and team, if necessary
  • Plan, organize and attend industry trade shows and conferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and procurement, to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between the cover guard® manufacturing facility, as well as the Chicago based third party warehouse and Bainbridge International corporate

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in sales and sales management
  • Experience in both the industry-related distribution networks as well as construction sectors, preferred
  • Prior experience in social media platforms is preferred
  • Prior experience working with a CRM system
  • Proficient in MS Office including: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Solid interpersonal, communication, negotiation and planning skills
  • Travel up to 18 weeks per year
  • Attend trade shows
  • Responsible, reliable, and flexible, and lead by example

Preferred

  • Experience with MS Dynamics Navision

The cover guard® Protective Materials Division of Bainbridge International is a leading brand of Temporary Surface Protection products to the construction, industrial and marine industries.

Our cover guard® division is seeking a National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth across the country. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in leadership, sales, building processes and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing strategies, manage and grow the existing customer base, and develop and motivate the sales team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build relationships, understand customer trends, and collaborate effectively across the organization. This position is based out of our Canton, MA office.
