**Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p

**Location:** REMOTE

**Pay:** 85K-120K DOE

**Type of Job:** Direct Hire

**Responsibilities**

+ Deliver implementation or consult projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction

+ Engage with key stakeholders before and after sales to ensure the project scope meets customer expectations.

+ Implement solutions with a deep understanding of departmental procedures and guidelines.

+ Conduct client training as part of the implementation process.

+ Contribute to process improvements by reviewing feedback from clients and the department.

+ Travel to client sites to install software, adhering to departmental procedures.

+ Maintain a strong commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the relationship.

+ Collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants to enhance overall product knowledge.

+ Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Science in Healthcare or Information Technology or relevant degree

+ 3+ years of experience a Life Sciences/Phama, Environmental Science or Toxicology Laboratory

+ 3 years of experience with report development (Telerik, Actuate, Crystal)

+ Manual to automated systems experience with client facing interactions

+ SQL, coding and integration experience with C/ C# knowledge experience is preferred
