Full Job Description

Overview:

This person will assist with the overall management of the operations within the office. They will report directly to the Branch manager and assist him in all of the day to day operations of this branch. This will include tasks such as:

+ Assisting in managing the fleet operations, which would be tracking the scheduling of personnel to customers, tracking the fleet and making sure trucking and technicians are available for customers and projects.

+ Working with the branch manager on sales reporting in tracking the quarterly and yearly goals for the branch.

+ Tracking this data and helping with putting together the submission of this information to their corporate office.

+ Helping with hiring and the scheduling of interviews for new technicians and staff for the Branch.

+ Running reports on the open projects and overall progress of those projects.

+ Manage the customer billing process and overall account status for customers.

+ Purchase equipment and inventory when needed for operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience in the crane industry would be preferred.

+ Outside of the crane industry, experience in the servicing industry (HVAC, construction, electrical) would cross over.

+ Strong Microsoft Office suite experience is a must
