  • Make recommendations to improve operations using continuous improvement techniques, drive cost-saving initiatives, and track savings
  • Participate in or lead BRMs and QBRs; provide and present KPIs to customer and business stakeholders
  • Meet with customer and key customer contacts to achieve mutually defined goals
  • Complete advanced and complicated tasks requiring considerable judgment, problem resolution, and independent analysis

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of warehousing experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment
  • 1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement
  • Knowledge of various production and quality systems
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint

**Your Role**

You will lead a team and have overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, staffing, safety, and performance of your area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 12 am. We will count on your successful record of accomplishment in leadership and knowledge of warehouse equipment, applications, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to ensure a positive, engaged workforce and to keep our operations running smoothly.

**Your Responsibilities**

+ Ensure new hires are thoroughly trained, and ongoing training is provided to all employees to ensure their continued success

**Your Skills and Experiences**

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 5+ years of warehousing experience

+ 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment

+ 1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement
