Forklift Driver

**Kelly®** Professional & Industrial is hiring Forklift Drivers, Rural Hall, NC

**Shift:**

+ Monday - Friday (Saturday as needed):

+ 2nd shift - 4pm - 12:30am

**Pay Rate:**

+ $16.50/hr - Forklift Driver

+ $16.50/hr - High Reach Forklift Driver

**Location:** Rural Hall, NC 27045

**Duties:**

+ **Forklift:** Operate a sit-down forklift and manage materials, Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift.

+ **High Reach Forklift:** Safely operate a high reach forklift to move, stack, and retrieve products from high shelves

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma/GED

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds

+ Ability to Stand entire shift

+ Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

+ Load and unload goods from trucks and shipping containers.

+ Ensure accuracy in picking and placing items according to order specifications.

+ Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

+ Proven experience operating a high reach forklift.

+ Valid forklift operator certification (preferred).

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent safety record and adherence to safety guidelines.
