**We are looking for an** **Maintenance Technician to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.**
**Job Title:** **Maintenance Technician**
**Location: NC222-Kernersville**
**Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 5PM**
**Duration: 09 months - High Conversion Possibilities.**
**Pay Rate: 20-24$/hr.**
**This is an Onsite Role**
- This is a project position - end date is currently firm. Potential for consecutive assignment.
- Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews: 1 virtual interview and 1 onsite client interview
**Job Summary:**
**Resource's typical working day:**
- Rounds and readings for the plant
- Do some cleanings of filters
- Doing some repairs, compressors, HVAC, electrical work
- Whatever the client needs
**Must Have Skills:**
- good technical background
Electrical, HVAC experience
**Need to know:**
Will have to wear respirators, it is a leaded facility
