Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Proven track record in handling Employee Relations
  • Demonstrable experience with Hiring Processes
  • Proficient in using Paycom HR management software
  • Experience working with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
  • Familiarity with preparing and interpreting Union Reports
  • Comprehensive understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally

Preferred

  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification
  • SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and overseeing recruitment. This role also entails providing HR training to the leadership team, maintaining personnel records, and addressing employee relations issues.
