Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

**Job Title:** Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

**Shift:** 3rd (11pm-7am)

**Pay:** 28/hr to 33/hr

**Location:** Solon, OH

**Job Description**

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery including CNC machines, ACME machines, automation equipment, and stamping presses. Your role involves troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing production machinery, executing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, and assisting in process or equipment improvements. You will communicate with various teams, manage projects, fabricate or machine parts as needed, and handle installation and maintenance of production and building equipment.

**Hard Skills**

+ Electrical troubleshooting

+ PLC troubleshooting preferred

+ CMMS experience

+ 480v/3-phase

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics

+ Use of hand and power tools, machine tools and precision measuring equipment
