Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and relevant state/local laws.
  • Familiarity with FINRA regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and office software.
  • Ability to understand and discuss plan/contract details, utilizing technology to enhance customer interactions.

Preferred

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications.
