Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a similar field of study.
  • 5+ years of data engineering experience.
  • 2+ years' experience scaling and managing 5+ person teams
  • Communication and leadership experience.
  • Ability to make tradeoffs required to ship without compromising quality or team health.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and enjoying working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience helping maintain a technical roadmap and balancing novel asks against improvements to the existing platform.
  • Expertise in at least one backend language (Java, Scala, Python, Golang).
  • Familiarity with ETL and creating pipelines for large datasets.
  • Experience utilizing cloud infrastructure (AWS).

**Job Description**

**What You Will Be Doing**

**Salary:**

National Pay Range: $115,449.70 USD-$270,585.23 USD
