Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and perform tape measurements
- Previous Industrial/ Manufacturing or other labor-intensive work experience is preferred
- Good attendance record
- Ability and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department line of progression
- Successfully complete pre-employment screenings including an Assessment test (if applicable), background investigation, drug screen, reference checks, employment and education verifications, and the requirements of the Immigration Reform Act

**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Follow all safety rules and regulations
+ Operate Power Industrial Trucks
+ Move or lift heavy objects. This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather conditions and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Maintain production or work records
+ Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications
