Providence is seeking a Manager Revenue Integrity to develop, implement, and evaluate business processes associated with charge capture and revenue monitoring.   • Oversee the management of the assigned Revenue Integrity staff
  • Performance of duties related to charge accuracy audits and revenue cycle support services
  • Education to departments regarding proper charging and government billing edits
  • Complete metrics analysis to identify root causes
  • Report findings to leadership, and work with other department leaders to address associated issues

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Accounting, Business, Health Information Management, Health Administration, or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ Years of experience in Revenue Cycle (Experience may include: Revenue Integrity, Business Office, Patient Access, HIM/Coding, etc.)
  • Experience working with revenue cycle team members to accomplish specific objectives
  • Experience in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work
  • Proven track record in identifying and resolving inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes
  • Track record in organizing and planning with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast paced environment

Preferred

  • 3+ years of Supervisory experience

**Providence is calling a Manager Revenue Integrity who will:**

+ Develop, implement and evaluate business processes associated with charge capture and revenue monitoring

+ Ensure account and claim information contains comprehensive and accurate data

+ Provide timely, compliant billing and optimal reimbursement for services

+ Be responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing CDM updates and charge capture initiatives and processes to ensure revenue management and protection

+ Maintain working relationships with Department Leaders, Finance and all Revenue Cycle departments

+ Oversee the management of the assigned Revenue Integrity staff in the following areas:

+ Performance of duties related to charge accuracy audits and revenue cycle support services

+ Education to departments regarding proper charging and government billing edits (NCCI, MUE's, Coding Pairs, LCD, NCD), etc.

+ Complete metrics analysis to identify root causes

+ Report findings to leadership, and work with other department leaders to address associated issues
