Debt / Leveraged Finance Associate

An elite US law firm is looking to hire a mid-level Debt Finance lawyer to join their market-leading team in New York (open to other locations for the right candidate).

You will work on a broad range of sponsor side leveraged acquisitions, public company financings, mezzanine, special situations and debt restructurings and workouts. The team is a high performing and collegiate team with a focus on associate development.

Cravath Scale Salary (i.e. $260,000 for 3rd year)

Australians and Canadians with top tier experience encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Excellent academics
• Be in good standing or be eligible to sit for the relevant state bar
• Have experience a top tier or peer firm (Am law 50)
