  • Build strong relationships with external partners (OEMs/ODMs) to align on product requirements, design, development, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Hardware Teams, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the product development process.
  • Provide technical guidance to external partners during accessory development, leveraging your understanding of products and technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security requirements, and performance metrics throughout the development process.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize processes within the program, driving scalability and efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of program policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all projects, including meeting notes, action items, project plans, and status reports.
  • Share relevant information and learnings across the organization to facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs involving multiple external partners and diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with third-party OEMs/ODMs in a technical capacity.

Job Overview

Your responsibilities will encompass managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product launches.


Key Responsibilities


Program Management:

Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product authorization cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Partner Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with external partners (OEMs/ODMs) to align on product requirements, design, development, and delivery milestones.

Requirements


Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related experience.


Experience:

5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs involving multiple external partners and diverse internal stakeholders.

Experience working with third-party OEMs/ODMs in a technical capacity.


Skills & Abilities:

Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with product development processes and project management methodologies.

Knowledge of consumer electronics and accessory markets, trends, and emerging technologies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
