Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or engagement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and techniques.
