- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and direct teams toward a shared vision and purpose.
- Highly skilled in utilizing the Microsoft productivity suite, including email management, spreadsheet analysis, and collaborative communication tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale land development projects is highly desirable.
