- Engage in design and code reviews, daily stand-ups, and agile development processes.
- Continuously learn from peers and stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in distributed node infrastructure and Web3.
Qualifications
Required
- BS/MS in a technical field such as Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Golang, Web3, Docker, Kubernetes.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with high-scale distributed systems (building, owning, and operating).
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices across the full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and automated testing.
- Experience in fast-paced startups and blockchain development.

Their platform empowers developers to create custom rules, such as flow-of-funds and rate limits, merging decentralized governance with the security and transparency of blockchain.
Role Description:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction and architecture of software that impacts leading crypto and Web3 projects. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the distributed systems that form the backbone of our protocol.
