  • Engage with current and potential candidates to meet their needs professionally and graciously, using a variety of communication methods like email and by phone.
  • Problem solves customer concerns in a timely manner meeting company expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and other key areas within the organization to ensure customer expectations are met within manufacturing capabilities.
  • Lead research into order status inquiries including inventory, lead times, expedited orders, samples, and pricing requests including communicating information to the customer.
  • Collaborate with Sales on customer experiences ensure highest customer satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications

Required

  • One to two years customer service experience in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening skills)
  • Experience with ERP system preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly PowerPoint.
  • High level of professionalism. Unwavering confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and mindful of deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
