Construction Project Manager

Our client is a national design-build firm seeking a Project Manager due to business growth. They serve a variety of markets including Manufacturing, Education, Industrial and Hospitality. Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from initial concept through completion. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and construction, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.

In this role, regional travel will be required on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, previous design/build experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects including pre-construction, scheduling and budgeting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure that the project remains financially viable
