  • Ensure robust and cost-effective designs.
  • Develop and help integrate systems that support compliance and traceability requirements in accordance with AS9100.
  • Understand and implement quality planning, Six Sigma, correction action, and continuous improvement.
  • Be knowledgeable in quality software, quality systems, and records.
  • Utilize experience with Metrology/Calibration.
  • Familiarize with AS9100 or similar quality system.
  • Implement continuous breakthrough improvements.
  • Solve complex problems and assist with the implementation of continuous breakthrough improvements.
  • Demonstrate a very advanced level of root-cause analysis.
  • Work independently to determine and develop approaches to solutions while in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable science degree.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree or 2 years' experience with a master's degree.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • US Citizenship.
  • United States Government Clearance.

Preferred

  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of quality planning, Six Sigma, correction action, and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of product manufacture and inspection, testing and technology.
  • Knowledge of process management, technical specs, regulatory guidelines, and contractual requirements.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Job Description:
