Qualifications

Required

  • Experience working with Builders and/or construction background
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service and/or inside sales experience
  • Exceptional written and grammar skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to calculate basic math
  • Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing

  • Prior supervisor experience
  • Proficiency in Velocify and PestPac

Specialized Recruiting Group Charlotte is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Services Administrator to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. With this role you will coordinate administrative tasks, and field technicians and builder service representatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, processing contracts, managing schedules, liaising with vendors and homebuilders. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily, weekly, monthly coordination of Field Technicians to perform scheduled service for local homebuilders, assuring client commitments are met with the properly skilled personnel and in a cost-efficient manner.


Responsible for administrative, warranty, setting up new builder accounts, generating purchase orders and building relationships across teams and with clients.


Collaborate with all department leadership to communicate updates, process improvements, and other information essential to the successful growth of our new construction program.


Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Reporting to higher management on the performance and needs.


Addressing and resolving escalated customer complaints or issues. Assisting agents with difficult calls or situations. Implementing strategies to prevent future issues


Qualifications:

· Prior experience in construction administration

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

· Effective written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize amongst competing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely results

· Ability to work well and collaboratively with others
