Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for high-performance motor drive products across North America.
• Consultative services, on-site troubleshooting, and fault analysis.
• Design and develop custom product and application solutions aligned with customer needs.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between customers and product development teams.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Control Theory, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various motor working principles, with a focus on brushless DC motors (BLDC) operation and control.
• At least 3 years of experience as an FAE or AE in motor products, or a combination with a minimum of 5 years in R&D of high-performance motor drive products.
• Previous experience working for a motor control IC supplier within the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
