Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.


Responsibilities

  • This position reports to the site President and supports the overall strategic goals of the company. Working closely with managers and supervisors to create a performance driven culture supported by robust HR programs. This is also a Two (2) site business between Southwick and Westfield, MA and there is HR Support at the Westfield site.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
