  • Manage large cross-functional delivery teams, including complex activities, building strategic plans, driving teams to deadlines, and determining what levers need to be pulled.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to keep the organization aligned on campaign goals, results, best practices, and learnings.
  • Understand surging topics in the public sector market and incorporate them into efforts.
  • Track and report on ABM plays results and use data to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with peer campaign managers to share best practices, lessons learned, and accelerate process.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 7+ years of related Marketing experience
  • Public Sector experience is a bonus
  • Versatile marketer with experience leading account-based marketing tactics in a B2B or B2G environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of Sales Leaders and cross-functional peer groups
  • Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and negotiation skills aimed at driving business outcomes

**The Role**

The Senior Lead Marketing Manager works across an agile scrum team to develop an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, and build and deliver integrated marketing campaign in support of Lumen's business objectives. They will leverage a full suite of marketing tactics to support campaigns across all segments of Public Sector.

**Location**

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

**The Main Responsibilities**

+ Define strategy; execute ABM plans and plays for 1:few campaigns to help drive intent and support funnel activity.

+ Develop integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars, email, etc. to move customers through the buyer's journey.

+ Manages large cross-functional delivery teams that include complex activities, building strategic plans, driving teams to deadlines, and determining what levers need to be pulled; Cross functional collaboration across marketing resources to execute tactics.

+ Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to keep the organization aligned on campaign goals, results, best practices and learnings.

+ Understand the surging topics that are influencing the public sector market and driving buy decisions; incorporate into efforts.

+ Understand established goals and drive towards them; Track and report on ABM plays results and use data to optimize results.

+ Collaborate with peer campaign managers to share best practices, lessons learned and accelerate process.

+ Performs other duties, as necessary, to support the marketing team.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

**Compensation**

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$99,390 - $132,510 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
