Job Description

Job Description

Are you looking to make a difference in the life of someone who has a disability?

We are looking for passionate, motivated, self- initiating team members to help us with our mission of providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

We are a small non-profit organization that works in the homes and community with people who have varying disabilities. We take "impossible" and turn it to "possible".We do everything from teaching individuals how to get a job, and taking individuals out on adventures, to providing much needed respite care and mentorship. Our individuals are between the ages of 3 years old-65 years old.

Although you will receive a combination of zoom and in person training once hired, only candidates with prior experience should apply. We also require a car and license (we do take individuals out in the community in personal cars, employees receive mileage reimbursement), clean driving record, and ability to pass a CORI check. We offer ongoing professional development for our employees.

Pay is based on education and experience. Candidates with bachelors and masters degrees are encouraged to apply. As a new company we will have many opportunities to progress within the company for upcoming years if that is something the candidate desires. Also ability to provide supervision hours to RBTS or internships.

We typically start applicants off as 1099 contractors with the ability to switch to W2 if they work consistent hours/or after the three month probation period. We currently don't offer healthcare benefits but plan to within the next year. We do offer sick, vacation and holiday time to employees who work part time/full time hours.

We have various schedules and locations available. We currently don't have a need for overnight care for individuals ongoing. Many of our hours are in the evenings and weekends but we do have the opportunity for daytime hours in some locations.

We are looking for a person who has a flexible schedule but is looking for part time hours. This would be ideal for a college student or someone looking to earn some extra income.
