Qualifications

Required

  • Tenant/Residential communication skills.
  • Excellent written/oral communication.
  • Ability to manage time around multiple demands, of varying priority, from different sources.
  • Frequently required to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, communicate with others to exchange information, repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, operating machinery and/or power tools, and assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Occasionally required to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc., move in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonger periods, and adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
