The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) with management responsibilities and maintaining the quality of care. Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Long-Term Care settings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision

  • 2 years of management experience
  • 1 year of staff education experience
