Responsibilities

  • Nurture, expand key relationships, and be accountable for your portfolio and associated revenue numbers.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and manage the handover from sales to account management seamlessly.
  • Develop an expert knowledge of the Lavanda SaaS platform and effectively train clients on the PMS.
  • Rigorous, analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
  • Build and manage relationships with 3rd-party suppliers (maintenance, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Identify weak points and opportunities, and set targets as well as processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high performance in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment.
  • Good technical understanding and excellent presentation skills.
  • Track record of success in direct B2B sales, both new business and account management.
  • Formal sales training and evidence of implementation of techniques into sales teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business.
  • Solid financial acumen; understands how the team’s goals support the organisation’s financial goals.

About You

  • Based in the U.S.
  • 3-5 years customer success or operations experience managing enterprise and growth accounts in a quota carrying role
  • Partner with clients to help them achieve desired business outcomes and are comfortable challenging clients on existing processes to help optimize them.
  • Help communicate the value of these initiatives and drive customer referenceability and case studies
  • Success record in improving clients' satisfaction - You are analytical, decisive and have the entrepreneurial drive to craft and implement a strategic plan for property acquisition
  • You preferably have experience in real estate development and are familiar with the process to get a project from conceptualization through to final execution. OR Proven work experience in a startup at growth stage (Seed - Series C), preferably PropTech FinTech, CREtech or SaaS
  • Record of adaptability and ability to move fast under uncertainty
  • An autonomous worker, you take initiative to solve problems before they occur
  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce.com would be a plus
  • Organised, accountable, and professional
