  • Handle daily cash reconciliations and deliver daily cash summaries to the Executive Team.
  • Assist in the external audit process by preparing financial data and responding to auditor requests.
  • Build cross-departmental relationships to provide analytical and investigative support.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, adhering to company policies and deadlines.
  • Analyze unusual financial transactions, offering process improvements and documentation suggestions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements, including SOC reporting.
  • Enhance payroll processes and reporting through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors like ADP.
  • Contribute to the implementation and refinement of accounting software, particularly Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related experience
  • CPA certification or former CPA holder
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills focused on process improvements and automation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of audit processes, including SOC compliance
  • Proven experience with financial software such as Intacct, Blackline, ADP with a focus on reconciliations and payroll
  • Experience generating accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders
