SALARY RANGE FOR EXECUTIVE KITCHEN MANAGER: $125,000.00 - $145,000 Annual Salary + Semi-Annual Bonus based on overall store performance

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range and other factors during the hiring process.

JOB PURPOSE:

Executive Kitchen Managers provide clear vision and execution for the growth of their store. Executive Kitchen Managers set sales and production goals by scheduling and delegating the back of house team to achieve set goals while partnering with Senior Manager(s) and the management team. Focus is on the back of house operations, which consists of managing the brand, ensuring food quality meets the brand expectation, managing inventory, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met. Executive Kitchen Managers also build a strong leadership team within their store to not only support their store but also to support other stores and/or the corporate team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR EXECUTIVE KITCHEN MANAGER:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, training, and/or education
  • Managers Food Handlers Card
  • Flexible Work Schedule
    • Managers are required to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day
    • Schedule may vary based on business demands.
  • Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
