As a motivated manager on this exciting program, you will support our mission customers by owning the product vision and communicating it to the team and stakeholders, owning the backlog of work items, and acting as the primary product advocate. As a member of the leadership team, we will look to you to provide lead multiple agile teams, establish team direction through strategic decision making, communicate with other leaders, and provide thoughtful guidance to drive progress. Each day, you can expect to work closely with the program manager, your technical lead, and the other product manager to test/validate development work, massage and clean the Jira tickets in the backlog, develop near- and long-term roadmaps in support of program goals, and communicate daily with the government team to help guide the product vision into reality.You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with poly (or be willing to take poly)Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or related experienceExperience: 10 or more years of experience, including some leadership experience mentoring or managing software developersAvailable to work full time in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, COAbility to manage multiple tasks at different prioritiesExperience leading teams using agile methodologies and DevOps processesExperience with issue tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environmentWillingness to learn new skills and technologiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Familiarity with programs doing web development and automated testing,Change managementFoundational understanding of User Interface/User Experience fundamentalsFamiliarity with various aspects of Project Management-_____________________________________________________________________________What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
