Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience with product design and development
  • 1 year of experience with business systems analysis, including requirements analysis and definition
  • 1 year of experience with root cause analysis and developing business process flows
  • 1 year of experience with defining, measuring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for delivered products and outcomes
  • 1 year of experience with enhancing existing data management processes
  • 1 year of experience with leading and influencing development partners in a cross-functional environment
  • 1 year of experience with data analysis using SQL
  • 1 year of experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles
  • 1 year of experience with Jira, Putty, Rally, Scrum methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
