  • Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor productivity metrics.
  • Optimize use of software governance tools such as Productiv and Flexera.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to increase tool adoption.
  • Develop training programs to ensure effective use of productivity tools.
  • Provide consultation, ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Produce and maintain well-written and compelling resources for technology solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or IT management
  • Experience with enterprise productivity software user enablement (e.g. Slack, Microsoft 365, Adobe, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc)
  • Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
