Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in financial instruments, such as derivatives and fixed income products, which are utilized within real estate finance, consumer finance, or corporate finance. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including the following areas: Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and financial matters, while demonstrating technical and analytical skills; Being agile and flexible when adapting to changing client needs and market conditions; Developing, utilizing or reviewing/validating complex financial models; Utilizing industry software, e.g. INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg, CapIQ, or, advanced Excel modeling; Applying accounting treatments of financial products and securitizations held by financial institutions, including familiarity with regulatory requirements related to securitization; and, Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, within a professional services business environment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
