The Executive Recruiter at Randstad US is responsible for fulfilling job order requisitions through talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, qualifying candidates, coordinating client interviews, and facilitating placements. This role involves meeting minimum activity and productivity metrics, as well as average weekly GP growth. The recruiter will also engage in ongoing candidate retention and management, compensation analyses, and collaborative work with the account management and sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze job openings obtained from clients, identify required qualifications and skills and draft job postings to maximize recruitment of qualified candidates.
  • Independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-depth in-person interviews, evaluate, and select candidates for submission to the Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Client for consideration.
  • Leverage multiple channels to proactively seek active and passive talent (e.g., internal database, external job boards, networking, advertising, social media, internet postings, and candidate referrals).
  • Prepare candidate profile and CV for client submittal.
  • Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews.
  • Perform compensation analyses, prepare and extend competitive offer packages to candidates.
  • Consistent ongoing interaction with placed Talent to ensure satisfaction with position and identify additional opportunities with clients and future placement opportunities for Talent.
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, performance management, and all disciplinary action up to and including termination for their talent.
  • Collaboratively work with account management and sales team to proactively pipeline candidates for top reoccurring job requisitions.
  • Travel to Job Fairs, Industry Conferences, Client locations, Meet and Greets when required.
  • Participate and contribute during company meetings, training sessions, and client meetings.
  • Assist Team Lead with target recruiting for selected accounts.
  • Provide knowledge to recruiting and sales staff to strengthen team environment and foster positive growth and relationships within the company.
  • Mentor and train new recruiters.
  • Maintain and achieve required individual goals, metrics and recruiting numbers during the year.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Previous experience and/or background in recruiting preferred
  • Previous clinical or scientific experience and/or background preferred
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

Full Job Description

This position will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts and will work with the Account Owner (as required) to ensure communication and strategy with each customer is consistent throughout the organization. This position also provides dedicated support of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and development of strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process, so as to maintain and develop sales of the organization's services to prospects and customers This position will have a specific focus on direct hire accounts as well as other customers that will drive an increase in direct hire - can also sell other Randstad offerings Perform daily recruiting activities for science and clinical positions including reviewing resumes, phone screening, interviewing candidates, checking references in line with organization policies and governmental regulations, and possess full knowledge of Internet recruiting. Responsible for full recruiting cycle from submission to placement. This position focuses solely on Direct Hire (DH) accounts and talent. Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills

+ Specific focus on direct hire talent accounts as well as other customers that will drive an increase in direct hire account acquisition - but can sell other Randstad offerings

+ This position focuses solely on Direct Hire (DH) accounts and talent

+ Perform recruiting activities for science and clinical positions such as matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and reference checks

+ Screen and interview Pharma professionals to understand their needs and ensure qualifications meet customer needs

+ Ensure paperwork for candidates is complete and in full compliance with organization policies and government regulations

+ Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates within core competencies

+ Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business by initiating and developing strong relationships with contingent employees, permanently placed candidates and prospects to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction

+ Plan and manage personal business portfolio and margins according to agreed targets

+ Make formal sales presentations and Follow-up calls to build new business opportunities within targeted accounts

+ Negotiation of existing staffing agreements, contracts and/or addendums at existing accounts

+ Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by organization and awareness of the competition regarding market share, pricing, services offered, etc...

+ Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business by initiating and developing strong relationships with companies and contingent employees

+ Market candidates that are looking for positions in your existing accounts

+ Handle RFP requests that are assigned in the direct hire market

+ Be audit compliant on all contracts by adherence to all contract terms and conditions

+ Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds

+ Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification.

+ Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives

+ Capable of developing and managing a relationship with senior management of a Fortune 500 company

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Direct Hire client and vendor management personnel

+ Coordinate closely with recruitment personnel to ensure coverage of all open job orders

**What you need to bring:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

+ 4 years of related experience

+ Staffing sales experience (Life Sciences experience is highly preferred)

+ Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

+ Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)

+ A proven track record of success at the executive and corporation officer level

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Proven ability to work within a team environment

+ Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
