  • Experience in arranging and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and filing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to compose correspondence and prepare reports
  • Experience in meeting arrangements and mail processing
  • Familiarity with smartphone usage for professional purposes
  • Basic office skills
