The Quality Assurance Analyst at Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is responsible for purchasing standard commercial supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring delivery, and reviewing invoices. Responsibilities

  • Purchases standard commercial supplies, materials, equipment, and services as assigned.
  • Creates labels and asset tags as needed.
  • Solicits bids, analyze quotations received, and selects or recommends supplies.
  • Expedited delivery and shipment of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Verifies receipt of goods or services.
  • Maintains procurement records, such as items or services purchased costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
  • Review invoices for payment.
  • Back up for cost estimates.
  • Back up for receiving deliveries.
  • Performs quality reviews of operations at department and individual levels to measure performance on contract regulation, program policy & procedure.
  • Review group and individual outputs on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Image Windows computer and install RAM.
  • Identifies inefficiencies or inaccuracies in departmental methods and procedures and gathers data along with determining trends and documents findings for management.
  • Completes best practices within procedural/systems solutions to meet needs and improve overall performance.
  • Responds to questions from team members and customers on quality issues
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance legislation and policies are adhered to.
  • Support business development activities as required (e.g., customer technical capabilities briefings, past performance content, technical solutions).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate degree from an accredited university OR a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Successful completion of HDI certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Background check required with the ability to obtain US Senate SAA prior to the start date.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Airwatch/lntelligent hub preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, ServiceNow.
  • Thorough Knowledge of desktop and business/technical support systems
  • Ability to maintain access to Customer Site
  • Ability to effectively communicate quality plans and results at management levels
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to multitask while staying focused in a fast-paced competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Advanced skills in problem-solving
  • Good work ethic and active desire to learn
  • Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

The **Quality Assurance Analyst** will be responsible for receiving quotes and selecting/bidding on proper supplies. The **Quality Assurance Analyst** will need to ensure purchases are made regarding standard commercial supplies, materials, and equipment. They will also need to track delivery, and review invoices.
