The Physical Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, skilled physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures. The PT screens and evaluates patients to determine skilled therapy needs and develops initial and ongoing care. are the core values for American Senior Communities.
