  • Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

**Job Description:**

**Position Summary:**

This role is responsible to efficiently direct and supervise the activities of all Coffee Shop associates to provide a high standard of customer service to all guests and to achieve the sale and profit goals established for the department; to ensure that the work shifts of all department associates contribute to the financial best interest of the store. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
