Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of procurement and/or supplier management experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Oracle MRP and Microsoft Teams applications experience
  • Prior Procurement experience in the defense industry
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations, DPAS ratings, and Export Control requirements
  • Familiarity with DataView, Tableau, TipQA, PLM systems

**Job Description**

Full-time remote local: Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely, however the desired candidate should live within reasonable commuting distance to Nashua, NH* (New England Area). Candidate will be required to attended training and supplier meetings onsite as needed.

The New Hampshire procurement team is looking for a driven and motivated individual to assume a Buying role for the F35 and Tacair portions of the Electronic Combat solutions business area. The candidate will be responsible for providing the best value procurements consistent with cost, quality and service requirement and compliance with DFARS, while maintaining excellent supplier relationships. This position interfaces with many internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to supply chain management, supplier quality, manufacturing, and programs. This position will be responsible for the executing of requisitions, ensuring that purchase orders get placed in a timely manner, and expediting any orders to meet our program needs.

Responsibilities:

Strong business acumen with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. Ability to successfully interface with supplier leadership teams.

Ensures compliance with policies and procedures government requirements

Support supplier development, negotiations, administration, supplier improvement and management.

Help to prepare metrics on a weekly basis, and at Monthly Business Reviews (MBR s).

Manage and report on supplier requisitions and purchase orders.

Track and report on Supplier delivery dates.

Resolve receiving and invoice issues.

Manage non-conforming material returns to suppliers and close non-conformances within 14 days.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of procurement and/or supplier management experience.

Ability to execute/oversee complex procurement packages.

Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Work effectively in a team environment.

Proven problem-solving capabilities.

Use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of procurement and/or supplier management is strongly preferred.

Oracle MRP and Microsoft Teams applications experience

Prior Procurement experience in the defense industry

Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations, DPAS ratings and Export Control requirements

Familiarity with DataView, Tableau, TipQA, PLM systems preferred.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
