**_Our competitive Teacher salaries range from_** **_$22.30-$28.10_** **_per hour. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field._**

**As a Child Care Teacher, you will:**

+ Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.

+ Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.

+ Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

Candidates must be 18 years of age, pass required state and company background checks.

Education Requirements:

+ At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

+ **BA in ECE or closely related field or study plan eligible**

Compensation Range: $24.30-$28.10 /hr
