Product Manager

Description

We are in search of a Product Manager to join our team. This role is at the intersection of data analytics, software engineering, and project management within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a vital part in building and optimizing our patient outreach platform, connecting with other digital touch points, and managing enterprise projects. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Product Manager

REMOTE

$70-75/hr

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the largest patient care customers to optimize their patient facing outreach.

- Work on API development and connect back-end personalization services to other listeners across the organization.

- Leverage your experience in data analytics, software engineering, and project management to contribute to the team.

- Work with different teams to create connection points across organizations and manage technical builds.

- Monitor and manage customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries.

- Use skills in SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with the digital team to integrate some existing experiments that we have in the market.

- Be proactive in chasing down people to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, Confluence, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Communication to effectively carry out responsibilities.

Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

- Proven ability to track and resolve bugs

- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies

- Experience with time management software, specifically 'About Time'

- Expertise in AB Testing

- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies

- Experience in backlog grooming

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of product lifecycle management

- Ability to work in a cross-functional team

- Strong decision-making abilities

- Proven ability to analyze user needs and incorporate them into product planning

- Experience in project management and multi-tasking

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
