The Associate Client Advisor will be a key member of the advisory team at a well-established Multi-Family Office, focusing on delivering high-touch service in the Western region and nationally, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Advisors to carry out the day-to-day delivery of wealth advisory services for Ultra High Net Worth Clients.
  • Manage account transactions such as wire transfers, ACH disbursements, bill payments, fund redemptions and purchases, and opening/closing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to monitor cash balances, transfer proceeds, and facilitate client requests for purchases, sales, or gifting.
  • Coordinate asset transfers for new or terminating accounts.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets, and assist with presentations and marketing materials.
  • Calculate payments to trust beneficiaries and coordinate tax-related information with the tax department.
  • Assist with maintaining client records and contact management systems.
  • Support the production of reports, client reviews, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 plus years of related experience in UHNW Client Support and investment experience – preferably trust and estates.
  • Degree, MBA preferred.
  • Designation: CFP, CTFA, CAIA, CFA, or CIMA a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, as well as superior analytical skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Direct client contact experience preferred.
