The PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant at BayOne Solutions will provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities, including a deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, proficiency in PeopleSoft tools, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues. Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities.
- Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Required
- Deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, including setup, end to end processing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine(Integration/Process), SQR and PeopleSoft Query. Ability to review and modify code (e.g., retrofitting).
- To review all mass uploads(Time Attendance , Adhoc uploads etc) come into Payroll and export from payroll
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with Oracle HCM modules is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective temporary and permanent solutions.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll and Core HR
- Experience working in a complex payroll environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience on Contract modules
